Reliance Power Bonus ratio is 3:5

Reliance Power has today declared a Bonus issue in the ratio of 3:5 , which means 3 bonus shares for every 5 held. This bonus issue is only for Non-Promoters. Anil Ambani's personal stake will come down from 45% to 40%. This would bring down the cost price of retail investors in the Rel Power IPO to 269 and for others to 281. But Ex-Bonus, the price is expected to go down to adjust accordingly.

Cheers!

Hi Superstar,

Do you have any idea about Hindustan Composite. I have come to know from very reliable sources that they have big land bank in Ghatkopar. They have received offer from a very big group which is worth around Rs. 1100/- per share. Please comment.

Dear Plifs,
You are welcome. Their is usually a buzz in fertilizer stocks in anticipation of some good news in the budget, every year. In my view, Nagarjuna Fertilizer may be a market performer in the future. I do not have any news of it becoming a big multibagger as you have heard.

Hi Ashok,
Hindustan Composite is indeed selling its Ghatkopar unit. That is true. But I have no news of the exact offer which you are talking about.

Your suggestion about replying under one heading is good and I did try to implement it by starting a Guest Tips/Queries thread, but people post their questions all over the place, so I have to answer them wherever they are posting. Sometime back a visitor named Sandy had posted how to get instant notifications of any updates in this site, so you can search for it. I don't have much time to spend into the technicalities of this blogsite.

All tips/advice given on this site are totally free, as of today. As regards your query about how to become my client, you can send me your email address and I'll send you the details.

Cheers!

Dear Real Value,
As I had commented earlier also, that the quarterly results of Cybermate have been good for the last three quarters. But after the January Crash in the overall markets the equation has slightly changed. The change has come from the fact that now there are so many other better quality stocks which are available at dirt cheap levels that no one has time to look at small stocks like Cybermate. Have a look at the all the other stocks in the sub 20 rupees category which were running along with Cybermate till the first week of January. You will find that all of them are down in the dumps. In Cybermate's case, there is still some consolation that at least that company has some good fundamentals unlike the other penny stocks like GV Films, Kaashyap Tech, Krishna Life, Bellary Steel etc. So if one can hold the stock for at least 6 months to one year and see how the next few quarterly results come, then one can hold. But if one is a short term trader, then one can exit from it in a rally and switch to some other bigger sized company.

And the reason I have not been writing on Moneycontrol site is because of its stupid and partisan moderators. They have so far failed to stop certain idiotic persons from writing in multiple ids like MALAYALI/radhika_nandlal etc. Such useless persons have nothing better to do than post obnoxious comments on moneycontrol. That site has gone to the dogs. That is the reason I have not being writing on that site.

Cheers!

Hi Sandy,
Good to see your message after a gap. It is support from friends like you that gives me some motivation to write my views. I had taken a break from moneycontrol earlier also for a couple of years and came back only after they sent me several emails inviting me to come back.

Don't worry if I'm not writing on moneycontrol, you can always communicate with me here.
